Understand, investigate and troubleshoot / resolve the problems (software product/ application related queries) faced by the users / clients.
Provide responses within agreed time limits to call outs.
Desired Profile: Possess at least a diploma / degree in any stream.
Have 1 - 3 year's of relevant experience.
Be well versed with either Java or .Net programming language & a database (Sql Server or Oracle).
Be flexible to work in shifts.
