About KMS Service Line:
The Global Consulting Methods, Tools, & Communications (MTC) Design-Associate Analyst is responsible for ensuring delivery of quality communication deliverables which meet brand and legal compliance. Primary responsibilities include development of standard deliverables which adhere to approved design standards and guidelines, meet brand and legal compliance, and meet the client expectations.

Desired Profile:
Qualification : Bachelors of Fine arts with specialization in Applied arts or any graduation with Post Graduation/Diploma in Multimedia
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop standard deliverables (for example html pages, presentations, brochures) and adhere to Deloitte Communications Design Standards and guidelines
- Provide creative Input / Design Recommendations - project by project basis
- Ensure brand and legal compliance
- Ensure client specifications
- Ensure process compliance
- Interact with US counterpart (s) and solicit project related feedback.
- Assure high quality work.
- Finish assigned tasks within the timeframe and inform Team Manager (Lead) or Team Assistant Manager if there is any delay.
- Ensure compliance with operational requirements
- Spend 100% time developing deliverables with minimum supervision.
- Ensure time against activity is tracked correctly using appropriate systems.
- Understand and prioritize assigned work without any delay.
- Notify Team Manager (Lead) or Assistant Manager if the assigned work has technical constraints/errors.
- Solicit help from Team Manager (Lead) or Team Assistant Manager to understand work process.

ORACLE DBA - Analyst

Job Description:
Scope

The Solutions Network Oracle administrator will be responsible for providing technical leadership and assistance for application and technology products supported by the Solutions Network. This position will be located in Deloitte's Hyderabad, India facility, and will be part of a larger team based in Philadelphia, PA, USA and Bath, UK. The position will be focused on supporting internal application environments, solution development, and assisting with support of hosted client engagements within the Solutions Network. Supported systems will be located in Deloitte's SNET centers near Philadelphia and London, and will span all flavors of Windows, UNIX, and Linux. In addition to hands-on technical work, this position will also require providing assistance to project teams with architecture design, developing documentation, and creating client deliverables, as well as providing on-site support for Deloitte's Oracle practitioners in Hyderabad and Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of administration and configuration experience with the Oracle eBusiness Suite, a strong DBA background, and a moderate knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems

Personal Qualifications
Two to four years experience installing, configuring, administering, tuning, and troubleshooting the Oracle eBusiness Suite, in Unix environments - primarily Solaris and Linux.
Deep knowledge of application administration and application DBA.
Knowledge of several other Oracle product offerings a plus (Oracle Financial Services Applications, Oracle Financial Analyzer, Oracle Sales Analyzer, etc).
Strong DBA skills with Oracle 8i/9i - 10g a plus.
Deep knowledge of Oracle iAS
Experience integrating the eBusiness Suite with other applications a plus.
Creative person who has developed innovative approaches to developing solutions
Goal oriented with high standards for quality and performance
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills a must.
Prior consulting experience highly desired.
Ability to work mid-shift (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, IST)
