Job Description:
The applicant will be an integral part of the that will be involved in testing business critical applications for Franklin Templeton. The applicant should possess 2-3 years of software testing experience and should have worked in writing and executing automated test scripts. Experience� in Load Runner or any will be an added advantage. The individual should be a strong team player with excellent documentation and communication skills


Responsible for Test plan, Test design, Test execution and Production support.

Participate in Defects meetings and all relevant calls.

Actively participate in Production support, maintenance release and strategic project.

Support production release and, on call support as and when required



Report test progress to project team.

Analyze and investigate data integrity issues.



Responsible for identifying the business flow for load testing scenarios, script development, and performance test execution and monitoring.

Design and code automated functional, regression and system tests with Quickest Professional across multiple platforms would be an added advantage.

Work collaboratively with test teams to design and implement testing and automation solutions.

���� 2- 3 years experience hands-on testing experience working with automated testing tools such as Load Runner, QTP Should have been part of application development teams for business-critical applicationsPrepare technical documentation as needed for automation framework enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MCA or MBA.
* Good oral and written communication skillsStrong Communication and interpersonal skills are required as is the ability to work well independently and on a dynamic team
* Working Knowledge �of , any Automation Testing Tools like QTP and (or) performance testing tools like Load Runner, etc.,
* Knowledge of a recognized SDLC with emphasis on the Testing Lifecycle required.
